How do you express Joy and Sorrow? Love and Grief?
My art helps me express my joy, my sorrows. Others might write, dance, sing, or perform to help them express these emotions. An artistic manner cares for the emotions. Often tears follow, then tiredness, then respite, then re-engagement with the everyday.
We need sacred expressions of art otherwise we disconnect from our Hearts as a way to manage our pain.
We move into our head. Our minds try to think our way out of the discomfort.
Mind solutions are temporary solutions. True resolution is diving into your heart.
Uniting mind with heart through difficult times accesses support and energy that had been blocked or hidden before.
Movement through the pain occurs and something new is made.
